AnyMind Group, a business process as a service (BPaaS) company specializing in marketing, e-commerce, and digital transformation, has announced the acquisition of the Vietnamese social and live commerce agency Vibula. This marks AnyMind’s first acquisition in Vietnam and its 11th globally, following the recent completion of its acquisition of Japanese e-gifting SaaS company AnyReach in March 2025.

The acquisition aims to enhance AnyMind’s human-AI hybrid model in live commerce by leveraging Vibula's domain expertise. AnyMind plans to extend Vibula's operational know-how to other regional subsidiaries such as Digital Distribusi Indonesia (DDI) and Arche Digital in Malaysia. The move is seen as part of the company’s broader strategy to build a unified live commerce solution across Southeast Asia.
Vibula, in turn, will integrate AnyMind’s GenAI-powered live commerce platform, AnyLive, into its offerings. This will allow Vibula's clients to activate 24/7 live shopping experiences through a mix of human and AI hosts, expanding their sales capabilities and automation. “The synergies are unmatched,” said Kosuke Sogo, CEO and co-founder of AnyMind Group. “By combining Vibula's expertise with our technology, we are creating new possibilities for regional brands and creators.”
Vietnam’s live commerce sector is rapidly expanding, with the country expected to grow its e-commerce market from $22 billion in 2024 to $63 billion by 2030. According to recent data, video commerce now accounts for 20% of total e-commerce GMV in Southeast Asia — up from less than 5% in 2022 — with Vietnam leading the way in influencer growth within the space.
Founded in 2021, Vibula provides a range of services including social commerce marketing, e-commerce store management, campaign analytics, and influencer network management. “Our strategic partnership with AnyMind accelerates our vision of becoming a regional commerce leader,” said Quang Vinh, Founder of Vibula. This acquisition continues AnyMind’s expansion in Southeast Asia, following its previous deals with Moindy in Thailand, DDI in Indonesia, and Arche Digital in Malaysia.
