Every Half

Every Half began as a coffee roasting company and expanded into a retail coffee chain in Ho Chi Minh City in 2021. The brand now operates eight stores in prime locations across the city, including Bình An Wharf (Thủ Đức City), Nguyễn Văn Thủ Street (District 1), and Phạm Ngọc Thạch Street (District 3). The chain has earned recognition for its beautifully designed, spacious interiors and its specialty coffee offerings.

The influence of Nguyễn Hải Ninh, the founder of The Coffee House, is evident at Every Half, according to the registration details of Every Half Bean Joint Stock Company, Ninh currently serves as the company's Director. The legal representative is Võ Duy Phú, who co-founded and managed The Coffee House alongside Ninh in the past.

The first Every Half store opened in June 2021, located within the M Village complex, which Nguyễn Hải Ninh owns.

The chain's other co-founder is Trần Lê Minh Trúc, a prominent figure in the industry with over 10 years of experience. Trúc previously worked at Urban Station and The Coffee House, both coffee brands founded by Nguyễn Hải Ninh.

In August 2024, Every Half Coffee Roasters announced that it secured initial investment funding led by Openspace Ventures, with participation from DSG Consumer Partners. The deal's value remains undisclosed due to mutual agreement among the parties.
