Prep's innovative approach centers on its proprietary AI technologies. In 2022m Prep raised $1 million in a Seed Funding Round from Touchstone Partners.

In April 2023, Prep raised another $1 million from East Ventures and Cercano Management.

In May 2024, Prep raised $7 million in Series A funding co-led by Cercano Management Asia and Northstar Ventures, other investors -Touchstone Partners, East Ventures and Saison Capital also joined the round.
